When it's really hot outside I like to keep a large jug of iced Moroccan Mint tea in the fridge. Add some fresh mint and lime juice to give it a bit of oomph. Very refreshing.
For a healthy, non-alcoholic cocktail fill a glass 1/2 full with iced tea and 1/2 with sparkling water, lots of ice and garnish with fresh mint!
Add 1oz of white or light rum to the above and serve your very own Moroccan Mint Mojito!
