As a long time lover of dark roasts, I was really impressed with this coffee. It can be brewed dark and thick while at the same time remaining smooth and full. This is currently my at-home coffee.
As a recent student of the art - and science - of roasting coffee at our Richmond, BC roasting and blending facility I have learned a little more about our dark roasts, and will try the dark french next as it is the darkest of our roasts.
