Orange Blossom Oolong Tea is a lightly oxidized oolong – oxidized about 40-45%.
Part of the processing method for oolongs includes withering and shaking the plucked leaves to initiate bruising around the edges and encourage oxidation. The leaves are rolled and dried to stop the oxidization at the desired stage, and the finished tea is sent to be scented using traditional layering methods and addition of flavouring.
