Murchie's Royal Roads University Tea is a wonderful green and black tea blend that was named in commemoration of a Vancouver Island landmark, this blend was also known as the Hatley Castle blend and originally blended at the request of the Dunsmuir family.

Product Description

Ms. Dunsmuir, whose family was in residence at Hatley Castle in Victoria B.C., either wrote or visited Murchie's in Vancouver, and requested James Murchie to make a special tea blend just for her.

This blend is now specially packaged and sold at the Hatley Castle Gift Shop on the grounds of what is now known as the Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C.

Brew Temperature:	180 to 212°F, or 92 to 100°C
Brew Time:	3 to 4 Minutes
Brew Quantity:	1 tsp to 6-8oz or 5g to 177-237ml of water
