Rooibos is a broom-like plant grown in a small region of South Africa. Also known as red bush tea, or bush tea, Rooibos makes a great brew, full of anti-oxidants as well as being caffeine free.

Brew Temperature:	190 to 212°F, or 88 to 100°C
Brew Time:	4 to 5 Minutes
Brew Quantity:	1 tsp to 6-8oz or 5g to 177-237ml of water
