Product Description
Long considered the champagne of tea, it is lighter and fruitier than the heavily fired Chinese and Indian black teas.
This high grown tea is prized for its smooth round, refined peach flavour and chestnut aroma.
Taiwan (formerly Formosa) is famous for their Oolong teas. Silver Tip Oolong is grown at very high altitude, which allows the leaves to flush slowly on the plant. This slow flush tends to be more concentrated which produces flavours that are both complex and subtle.
