Product Description
A unique and labour intensive process produces this exquisite delicacy. Tiny buds bursting with a delicate wine-like flavour are hand-picked in the first flush of early spring and processed with stringent standards.
During the oxidation process, the tea is carefully covered with blankets which the coveted tips adhere to, leaving the rest of the leaves complete the oxidation. Timing is of the essence, to perfect this technique of separating and producing this rare and precious tea.
White teas are delicate; they brew best at low temperature for a short period of time.
