Organic White Peony offers the sweetness of white teas with just a slight touch of the green vegetal tastes. Grassy undertones and a pale to mild yellow liqueur are combined with a subtle fruit taste to round out this complex tea.
This hard to acquire tea has beautiful silver-green long tips and deep green leaves. It is one of the most popular white teas presently available and is a good place to start if you are just beginning to explore white and green teas.
White teas are delicate; they brew best at a low temperature for a short period of time.
