Easy Gourmet Spiced Hot Chocolate

This spice-laden concoction has a richness that will beat the cold weather blues. No steeping, tempering or stirring until all lumps are gone - this is an instant satisfaction hot chocolate recipe.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons of Hot Chocolate

1/4 teaspoon of Ginger Chai Masala (modify amount of spice to taste)

Boiling water

 

PREPARATION

1. Scoop the Ginger Chai Masala into an 8-12 ounce mug.

2. Add the boiling water to the mug to half full.

3. Add the Hot Chocolate and stir. Fill your mug the rest of the way with boiling water. Stir once more and enjoy!

Tip: For a festive, grown-up version add your favorite liqueur like rum, whiskey, or kahlua.
