Of all the different types of cocktails that we enjoy making with tea, tiki-inspired drinks are the most fun. Black tea with rum and pineapple. Green tea with whiskey and lime. Oolong with spiced rum and orange . And now Murchie's has a whole new White tea category! It seems the flavour options and combinations are endless!

Chamomile AppleAs much as we love our traditional black tea blends to warm us on a chilly day, sometimes it's nice to mix things up a little. Chamomile Apple herbal blend has a deep, luscious flavour that is surprising for a chamomile tea and is brimming with apple goodness that we think is just what you need to enhance your tea cupboard offerings this season. Here is a sweet and very simple recipe, or perhaps more accurately, inspiration for you to get cozy and brew yourself a giant mug of Chamomile Apple tea immediately!

Here at Murchie's it's no secret that we love our traditional black tea blends, and we're always up for an opportunity to use tea in a new way. Lucky for us, seasonal favourite, Storm Watcher tea is back for fall and just right for using in this "cold buster" recipe that we've been saving for a rainy day. It is just what we need during the changing season. We'll be making these quite often around here, and we'd like you to join us!

Blackberry CocktailThere's nothing we love more in summer than dreaming up fun seasonal recipes for our favourite teas. To be honest, we're actually thinking of tea recipes all year long! But in summer, there's nothing more satisfying and easy to make than a perfect tea cocktail. And one in-hand on a sunny patio? Perfection! We're currently loving these cocktails using a tea from each category, Black, Green, Rooibos and Oolong.

Horchata Iced CoffeeIf you've never tried Horchata, an extremely satisfying beverage popular throughout Latin, West African and Mediterranean countries, you're seriously missing out. This hot weather staple is flavoured with cinnamon and vanilla, and typically made with plant-based milk such as rice milk. Most importantly, though, it tastes great with some strong iced coffee stirred into it.
